WEDDING CEREMONY PRICING

Listed below are the different musical ensembles offered by Charleston Flutist, LLC. We perform wedding music in the Charleston area. Included in the cost of a one hour wedding ceremony is 20-30 minutes of prelude music, the wedding ceremony music, and 10 minutes of postlude music. Please contact us to request specific prices.

An small additional fee is charged if we are to accompany a vocalist. (We require a 30 minute rehearsal with the vocalist prior to the start time of the day of your wedding). We also charge a small extra fee to arrange any specific music requests we do not already have in our current repertoire. We have a tremendous amount of music, so please feel free to ask for your favorites!
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit check made out to “Charleston Flutist, LLC” in order to hold the date for you. To request a wedding packet (this includes two contracts, a music information sheet, a wedding music demo CD, a business card, and a stamped self-addressed envelope in which to mail the contract and deposit), simply email us your mailing address, and we’ll be more than happy to forward a packet.
Also, we may be hired for a cocktail hour, receptions or other special occasions. The fee for these performances vary by ensemble and time.
Please note that due to the extreme sensitivity of the musician's instruments, the musicians must play in dry and shaded conditions when outdoors at all times.
